Meghana Raj To Romance Suresh Gopi?

As we all know, the fifth series of the CBI movie is in the making and is undergoing the pre-production work. The writer has confirmed that Mammootty would not be a part of this series, instead the new series will have Suresh Gopi. The actor, who was present in the first series of the movie as Inspector Harry, will be seen playing the lead role in the fifth version. Rumours claim that Meghana Raj will play the female lead in the film.

Director K Madhu said that they had approached Meghana for the same, but the actress has not responded to it till now. The news will get its confirmation in a week, says the director.

Meghana Raj is currently busy with the shooting of the film The Dolphin Bar. Suresh Gopi plays the lead in this flick too. She plays a timid girl in the movie. She says, "I play an extremely innocent and quiet girl, lost in her own world. It's an unconventional story that talks about love and affection. Though it seems like a typical role, for me, this character is a challenge as I am nothing like her in real life. Adopting the body language of a timid girl was challenging yet a refreshing experience."

Meghana will be once again paired with Anoop Menon in this movie. Namukku Parkkan was their last movie together. The Dolphin Bar is scripted by Anoop Menon.

Meanwhile, the actress made her debut as a singer with the Kannada movie Bahuparak. She says that it was like a dream come true for her. Good Bad And Ugly is her upcoming release in Malayalam.
