Parvathi Menon Rocks In Mariyaan

Parvathi is on high after the release of Mariyaan. She played the lady love to Dhanush in the film. According to critics, Dhanush and Parvathi shared a good onscreen chemistry in Mariyaan.

The glam diva Parvathi Menon, was last seen in the Kannada flick Andhar Bahar opposite Shivaraj Kumar. Though she is a Mollywood actress, she became famous through her Tamil, Kannada and Telugu movies.

In Mariyaan, Parvathi has enacted her role to the extreme perfection that one finds it difficult to pick up a scene where she was put down by any other cast. Moreover, there is a scene in the film, where Dhanush and Parvathi emote on the phone, with an urge of intimacy that lapse over thousands of miles that separate them. Love unleashes rather sweetly.

Parvathi did her first lead role opposite Puneeth Rajkumar in the Kannada flick Milana, in 2007. In Kollywood, she became famous with her Tamil movie Poo. She received Filmfare Best Tamil Actress Award and Vijay Award for Best Debut Actress for her film Poo. She won the Best Actress award for the film Ananda Vikatan and was Nominated for Vijay Award for Best Actress for the same.
