Priyamani's True Story, A Real Incident

Priyamani is one of the most renowned actresses of the South industry. She is equally popular in Kollywood, Tollywood and Mollywood. She made her last appearance in Mollywood with the movie Grandmaster opposite Mohanlal. Now, she will be back once again with the movie The True Story.

The True Story is based on a real life incident. It tells the haunting tale of a normal person, who loses her identity all of a sudden and do not remember anything about her. The movie is directed by debutant Anil Das. He was inspired with a similar story experienced by one of his friends, that tempted him to do a film on it. Priyamani is said to play the main lead in this film.

The True Story dwells into the mental state of a person, who later becomes a psychic. According to sources, the director approached the actress with the script. Priyamani, who is very selective in choosing roles, was very much impressed after reading the script that she agreed to do the film.

Priyamani has done films with almost all the superstars in Mollywood including Mohanlal, Mammootty and Prithviraj. Another movie titled Painting Life is on the cards, in which she will be playing opposite Prithviraj once again. Now, as per the reports The True Story is expected to get released before The Painting Life.
