Rima Kallingal In Escape From Uganda Promotions

Rima Kallingal is all set to promote her upcoming movie Escape From Uganda. She plays the role of a very bold character in this movie. She was travelling in the North with her hubby Aashiq Abu after their wedding, but the actress has comeback to promote her movie, leaving their honeymoon behind!

Escape From Uganda is a thriller film directed by debutant Rajesh Nair. The film is based on a true life incident, about a family who gets trapped in Africa. Apart from Rima, the cast also include Vijay Babu, R Parthiepan, Mukesh, Jojo, Tashu Kaushik and Winston Witecker.

The story is by Rajesh Nair, screenplay is by Sandeep Robinson, Deepak Prabhakaran and Nithin Bhadran and dialogues are by Salin Mankuzy. Escape From Uganda has been shot completely in the Uganda and will be the first Malayalam film to be shot extensively in Africa.

Rima plays the role of Shikha Samuel in this movie. Earlier, the images, where Rima holds a Python in her hand had gone viral in all the social networking sites. She said that though she found it hard in the beginning, she managed to do it effortlessly later.
