Shweta Menon Turns Scriptwriter!

Shweta Menon is one such actress who loves to do experiments with her roles. After her comeback in the industry, the actress has carried herself in such a manner that people are forced to remember every role done by her. Her recently released movie Kalimannu can be cited as the best example. Now Shweta is all set to try her luck in the role of a scriptwriter.

The movie is titled Kelvi and is directed by Hashim Marikkar. Manoj K Jayan will be playing opposite Shweta Menon in this movie. Shweta will be essaying the role of Mayukha Menon, a scriptwriter in a film for the first time. Manoj is seen as Siddharth in the film. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.

Meanwhile, the actress is basking in the success of her movie Kalimannu. The movie had shots of her live delivery scene. Directed by Blessy, the movie was in news for many controversies related to the same. But the bold actress faced all the hurdles.

Manoj K Jayan and Shweta Menon are sharing the onscreen for the first time. Hope that their chemistry will work out for the film. Kelvi will be a multi-lingual film in Malayalam and Tamil.
