This Week's Mollywood Releases

Mollywood is all set to witness four big releases tomorrow (Friday, August 29). Mammootty's Kunjananthante Kada, Fahad Fazil's Artist, Indrajith's Arikil Oraal and Lal's Zachariyayude Garbhinikal are the four big movies that will be hitting the theaters tomorrow.

Kunjananthante Kada is directed by the National Award winner Salim Ahamed. Mammootty plays the role of a grocery shop owner in this film. Nyla Usha makes her debut in the industry with this movie and plays Mammooty's wife. The film is about the story of an ordinary man Kunjananthan. He is very possessive for his shop. Also, he has an unsuccessful married life. How he tackles his personal issues and tries to save his shop from getting destroyed due to the construction of a new road in their village is the story all about.

Fahad Fazil and Ann Augustine plays lead role in Artist. It is directed by Shyamaprasad. The movie is about the story of two artists Micheal and Gayathri, whose greatest aim in life is to become world renowned painting artists. They start their life together, but later Gayathri finds that her dreams do not match with her real life. Meanwhile, Michael faces a great tragedy in his life. The following heart rendering events tells the beautiful story of Artist.

Arikil Oraal has Indrajith, Nivin Pauly and Remya Nambeesan playing the lead roles. Directed by Sunil Ibrahim, the movie revolves around five people who are enjoying their life in Kochi. Indrajith is seen as an Ad director, Remya as a classical dancer and Nivin Pauly plays the role of a waiter.

Zachariyayude Garbhinikal is directed by Aneesh Anwar. It tells the story of a gynecologist and his five patients. Lal plays the role of the doctor in the film. Rima Kallingal, Sanusha, Asha Sarath, Sandra Thomas and Geetha play the five pregnant women.

Meanwhile, Kalimannu and Olipporu were the two releases last week. Of the two, Olipporu failed to impress the audience and was marked as a disaster. Kalimannu is running successfully.
