Unni Mukundan replaces Nivin Pauly

After the success of Mammootty's Immanuel, S George is back, producing the movie The Last Supper, under the banner CYN CIL Celluloid. Earlier it was rumoured that Nivin Pauly will play the lead in the movie. Now it is said that he is replaced by Unni Mukundan. Mariya John, Pearley Maaney are playing the female leads.

Unni's last flicks, Orissa and Pathiramanal did not do any good for him. Solar scam accused actress Shalu Menon was also seen in a cameo in Ithu Pathiramanal. His upcoming big project Samrajyam 2 was expected to reach the theatres last month, but was pushed forward for a new date due to technical reasons. Unni is reported to have started his shooting for The Last Supper.

The Last Supper is said to be a full length entertainer, a tale based on humour and friendship. Unni Mukundan is seen as a computer hacker in the police department, in this film. Sreenath Bhasi is also seen in the film in a supporting role. Ajayan Vincent is the cameraman, while Gopi Sunder composes music for the lines of Rafeeq Ahmed.
