After Rima Kallingal, Vineeth Sreenivasan Is All Praise For Highway!

Vineeth Sreenivasan, who is basking in the success of his movie Thira, is currently on a holiday with his wife. The actor apparently happened to watch the Bollywood movie Highway. And now, after Rima Kallingal, Vineeth has become the fan of the movie and is all praise for this Bollywood flick.

Vineeth wrote on his Facebook page: Finally watched Highway. After the movie, i met someone at the parking lot who told me that he was extremely disappointed with the film!! i told him that this is one of the best movies i have seen in my entire life; so when u r saying u r disappointed, i feel offended.

honestly, i never watch a film as a critic. i don't look at the technicalities. i see what i see and i hear what i hear. what i saw, what i heard and what i felt while watching highway and even after that - is beautiful. So often through the movie, Alia bhat's character reminded me of divya. Several times i held divya's hands tight while watching the movie. A man might not often love like his woman does, but there are instances when u realise how important ur woman is for u in ur life.

Cinema Paradiso, Good Bad and Ugly, Dil Chahta Hai, Sandesham, Irakal, Sarvakalashala, Yudham Sei, Kakka Kakka, Rang de Basanti, Dev D and now HIGHWAY. Certain movies which remind me why i wanted to become a film maker in the first place. "Highway" is a reality check for people like me. My next directorial film will definitely have its after effects.

p.s. this movie apparently will not become a box office triumph coz of its "extremely disappointed" audiences. but once in a while, screw the box office numbers. A movie should move u. HIGHWAY DOES!!
