defended

allegations

stating

payment
of
Kunchako
Boban

settled.

of

lakhs
was
given
to
the
actor
before
the
movie's
filming
and
the
whole
payment
was
settled
after
that.

producer

he
had
issued
a
stop-payment
order
to
make
the
first
cheque
invalid.

that
Kunchako
Boban
was

problems

stage
of

production.

he

have

intention
to
cheat
any

his
