Check Out Mammootty's New Look In Munnariyippu!

Mammootty, whose last release Praise The Lord got a lukewarm response at the Box Office, is currently filming for his yet another movie Munnariyippu. The first look of the actor in the film has got released and this time too, as usual, the actor has got a new look in the movie.

Munnariyippu is directed by cinematographer Venu. This is his second directorial venture, the former being Daya. Aparna Giopinath will be playing the female lead in this movie. As per the reports, Mammootty will be essaying the role of a person, who has been recently released from the jail. Aparna is said to play the role of a journalist, who comes to write his story.

It was earlier rumoured that Prithviraj is also a part of this movie, but later the director himself slammed the news, claiming it to be a fake one. Prathap Pothen is also said to play a pivotal role in the film. The shooting of Munnariyippu is progressing in Calicut and director Ranjith is producing this movie under the banner of Gold Coin Productions. Ranjith's production company was earlier called Capitol Theaters and this is a new company started by Ranjith and his friends.

Meanwhile, Mammootty's much-hyped movie Gangster has released its first theaterical trailer. The movie has Mammootty in yet another five different looks in the film. He plays the role of a gangster Akbar Ali Khan in the film.
