Dhyan Sreenivasan To Make Directorial Debut

Dhyan Sreenivasan will make his directorial debut soon. Reportedly, Dhyan's elder brother, actor-director-singer Vineeth Sreenivasan and Dulquer Salmaan will play the lead roles in the movie; but the news is not confirmed yet.

Dhyan, the younger son of screen writer-actor Sreenivasan, made his acting debut with his elder brother Vineeth Sreenivasan directed Thira, co-starring veteran actress Shobana.

Dhyan earned rave reviews for his portrayal of the character Naveen, a happy-go-lucky guy, who gets into a mission to save his younger sister from the traffickers.

Dhyan has assisted his uncle, director M Mohanan in his directorial venture 916. He has also directed some short films during his college days. Dhyan was offered the lead role in Thira, after his brother Vineeth watched one of his short films, which he had directed and acted in.

Dhyan Sreenivasan's directorial debut is produced by Mohammed Ali under the banner Minhal productions. The untitled project is penned by Dhyan himself. The female lead and rest of the cast and crew is yet to be revealed. It is also rumoured that, Sreenivasan will play a pivotal role in the movie. The movie will be officially announced soon and will go on floors immediately after the committed projects of the lead actors.
