Dileep Opens Multiplex In Chalakudy

Dileep, the super-talented actor of Mollywood is also well-known for his extraordinary business skills. The actor, who has already proved skills in film production and hotel business, is all set to venture into a new field. Dileep will open his multiplex theatre D Cinemas, by the middle of December, in Chalakudy.

D Cinemas will consist of three cinema halls, with 900 seats. While one is a big theatre with 420 seats, the other two will have 240 seats each. The theatre complex will also have a food court which will be accessible for both the audience and public.

Most modern audio-visuals technologies like Atmos Dolby sound system and 2k silver screens are used in the cinema halls. One cinema hall will have 3D screen. The audience will experience cinema in a more effective way as Atmos Dolby audio system emanates sound from the middle portion of cinema hall unlike the older systems which produce sounds from both sides of theatre.

Dileep says that he always wanted to invest in some ventures related to cinema. The actor feels that multiplexes have a great scope in a small town like Chalakudy, which is familiar with the ordinary theatres. Dileep is planning to launch D Cinemas with the Christmas release movies. The date of inauguration and inaugural movies are yet to be decided.
