Ettekal Second - An Overview

Ettekal Second is an upcoming Malayalam movie directed by Kanakaraghavan. Govind Padmasoorya and Mia George play the lead roles in this movie. The movie revolves around two youngsters Sandeep and Neethu and is a realistic take on the whole concept of love.

Sandeep is a youngster, who is in search of a job. He dreams of getting a job abroad or a government job. His father works for Menon, who is a landlord. A twist occurs after Menon's granddaughter Neethu arrives from Mumbai.

Sandeep and Neethu start off as good friends and later they fall for each other. But, the main twist is that both of them give importance to their families. Mithun, who is Nethu's fiance, is not at all happy with Sandeep getting closer to Neethu. What happens next forms the rest of the story.

The rest of the cast include Rohith Vijayan, Janardanan, Suraj Venjaramood, Vijayaraghavan, Madhu, Devan Urmila Unni and Kollam Thulasi. Another highlight of the film is a song sequence that was completely shot underwater. The underwater scenes were directed by Vinod Vijayan, while Sinu Sidharth is the cinematographer for the sequence. The film is produced by Santosh Babusenan under the banner of Fifth Element and will hit the theatres this weekend.
