Isha Talwar To Play Ummachikutti In Tamil Remake

Mollywood's gorgeous Ummachikutti, Isha Talwar is all set to reprise her role Ayesha, from the blockbuster Thattathin Marayathu in the Tamil remake of the movie. Earlier, it was rumoured that Samantha or Swathi Reddy will play Ayesha in the Tamil remake; but later, the makers finalised Isha, who played Ayesha in the original. The movie is directed by Yaradi Nee Mohini fame Jawahar. The male lead will be essayed by a debutante.

Isha Talwar made her movie debut with Thattathin Marayathu. The actress, who is very active in modelling, got noticed by Jomon T John, the cinematographer of Thattathin Marayathu, during an ad shoot.

The movie went on to become a huge critical and commercial success and the lead actors Nivin Pauly and Isha became stars overnight. The chemistry between the pair earned rave reviews.

Isha shared screen with Nivin for the second time in the super hit movie Bangalore days, directed by Anjali Menon. The actress went through a complete image makeover with Bangalore Days. She played Meenakshi, a flirtatious air hostess with some negative shades, in the movie. Isha earned rave reviews for her performance and surprised the audience with her new avatar.

The actress played the famous character Suhara, in the movie adaption of classic novel Balyakalasakhi, opposite Mammootty. She also shared screen with Fahad Fazil in the recent release, Gods own Country. She is active in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu movies with a handful of projects. Isha is also planning to debut in Bollywood soon.
