Jagathy

receiving
an
insurance
claim
of
5.9
crores.
According
to
a
close
sources
related
to
the
actor,
the
decision
was
taken
after
a
discussion
which
involved
Jagathy's
family
and
insurance
company
authorities.
The
actor's
wife
had
last
year
filed
a
case
before
the
Motor
Accident
Claims
Tribunal
court
of
Trivandrum,
for
a
sum
of
Rs.10.90
crore,
later
raised
to
Rs.13
crore.
Jagathy
was
seriously
injured
in
the
road
accident,
which
happened
on
March
10th
2012
near
Kozhikode,
while
he
was
travelling
to
a
shooting
location.
Since
then,
he
was
bed-ridden
and
is
reportedly
showing
slight
improvements
in
health.
The
actor
was
under
treatment
at
Vellore
Christian
medical
college
for
almost
a
year
and
returned
home
in
March
2013.
The

who
was
an

of

industry
has
acted
in
almost

movies.
The
actor
has

the
