Kavya Madhavan To Play Chandralekha In Reel!

One cannot easily forget Chandralekha. She has been in news for quite a long time after she rose to fame with her song 'Rajahamsame...', which was uploaded on YouTube. The original version of the song was sung by KS Chithra and Chandralekha's brother had filmed his sister singing the song at her house and uploaded it on YouTube. The video became so famous and later, Chandralekha became a playback singer in her real life. Now, reports claim that a movie is on roll in Mollywood which has similar reflections from the life of Chandralekha.

If reports are to be believed, news claim that Krishna Poojappura has scripted a similar story for the upcoming movie Entethallatha Kaaranathal. It has also been finalised that Kavya Madhavan will be playing the lead role in this film. Vijay Babu will essay the role of Kavya's husband in the movie.

Entethallatha Kaaranathal is not a story on Chandralekha, but it also refers to a housewife, who becomes famous within a day. Many changes happens to the life of that woman, who was not even aware of the outside world, which is similar to Chandralekha.

Radhakrishnan Mangalathu will be directing this movie. The rest of the cast also include Prathap Pothen, P Balachandran, Sanoop Santhosh and many others. Ouseppachen has composed the music for the film. Prasad Kumar produces this movie under Puliyoorkodu Films Banner.
