Mammootty Decides To Become More Choosy!

Mammootty, though had many movie releases last year, failed to impress the audience in all and could not reap success in all the films. His movie Gangster, which was released this year with much hype, too failed to keep the expected level. Now, the actor states that from now, he will be more choosy in selecting roles.

Mammootty is known for his generosity for promoting young and upcoming directors. Due to this attitude, he had to do many such roles which was not of his kind and due to this, the actor had many flops in his career. Mammootty now says that he will now focus more into quality films rather than doing a film just for someone. He pledged that he will be concentrating more on the script too.

Adding on, Mammootty disclose that his first move in implementing the decision is his movie Varsham. Directed by Ranjith Sankar, the movie is yet another anticipated movie of the actor. Ranjith Sankar, who helmed Punyalan Agarbattis, says that he has come up with Varsham after so much hardwork and effort.

Mammootty says that he signed Varsham as he has full confidence in Ranjith Sankar as a director. Alike Punyalan, the main location of Varsham too will be Thrissur. The music has been composed by Bijibal. It has been reported that Mammootty will be producing this movie.
