the

the
movie,

said
to
be
an
out-and-out
comedy
entertainer.
Mammootty
is
teaming
up
with
Siddique,
after
a
long
gap
of
10
years.
The
duo
last
joined
hands
for
the
blockbuster
movie
Chronic
Bachelor.
Bhaskar
The
Rascal
is
produced
by
Anto
Joseph
under
the
banner
Anto
Joseph
Film
Company.
The
movie
will
go
on
floors
immediately
after
the
filming
of
Mammootty's
upcoming
movie
Fireman,
directed
by
Deepu
Karunakaran.
The
makers
are
planning
to
release
Bhaskar
The
Rascal
for
Vishu
2015.
Rest
of
the
cast
&
crew
and
further
details
of
the
movie
are
yet
to
be
revealed.
Earlier,
it
was
rumoured
that
Mammootty
and
Siddique
will
be
teaming
up
for
the
sequel
of
their
blockbuster
movie
Hitler.
But
both
the
actor
and
director
slammed
the
rumours
by
stating
that
they
are
not
interested
in
the
concept
of
sequels
and
confirmed
that
they
will
be
joining
hands
for
a
fresh
subject.
Siddique's
last
directorial
venture
Ladies
And
Gentleman,
was
an
average
grosser
at
the
box
office.
The
director
tasted
success
with
his
Dileep
starrer
Bodyguard,
which
became
a
blockbuster
and
later
got
remade
into
all
other
South
Indian
languages;
as
well
as
Bollywood.
Siddique
made
his
Bollywood
debut
with
the
remake
of
Bodyguard,
which
had
Salman
Khan
and
Kareena
Kapoor
in
the
lead
roles.
