Mammootty’s Praise The Lord Gets Postponed!

Praise The lord is an upcoming Malayalam movie, directed by Shibu Gangadharan. Mammootty and Reenu Mathews play the lead roles in this film. Mammootty plays an uneducated farmer in this movie. Now, reports claim that the movie has been postponed.

According to sources, Praise The Lord has been postponed to March 20th. The director has announced that the movie has been postponed because one more song sequence is still pending. Though Mammootty has joined the sets of his next release Gangster, he has managed to extend three more days for shooting Praise The Lord.

Praise The Lord is based on a novel written by Zacharia, which also bears the same name. Mammootty essays the role of a planter Joy from Kottayam, who is an uneducated one.

Director says that he had earlier decided to avoid the song which is now going to canned, but the quality of the song and the interest of the crew members has made the director to change his mind and include the song. Mammootty plays the role of an uneducated farmer, who does believe in love and relationships. But, he starts believing it after meeting a boy and a girl, who are deeply in love with each other.
