Mammootty’s 'Praise The Lord' On March 14

Praise The Lord is the much awaited movie directed by Shibu Gangadharan. Mammootty and Reenu Mathews play the lead roles in this movie. The movie was earlier slated to get released on March 2, but later got postponed. Now, the crew has announced the releasing date to be March 14.

Mammootty plays the role of an uneducated farmer in this movie. Mullathazhathu Joy is a rich planter, who is based from Pala. His family consists of his wife and two children. Joy is a hardworking man, who is against love.

Praise The Lord

Joy is hardly aware of the life beyond his small town in Pala as he didn't get much chance to explore the outside world. But a boy and girl, who are in love, change Joy's outlook on life. This forms the plot of the story.

The movie is completely based on the novel written by Zacharia, which also bears the same title. The movie has the tagline 'Avar pranayathinte abhayartthikal...ayalo pranayathinte kavalkkaran...!'

Reenu Mathews once again plays the wife to Mammootty. She played the same role in her previous flick Immanuel along with Mammootty. Innocent and Indrans are also playing pivotal roles in this movie. TP Devarajan has written the script for the movie.
