Exclusive: Mammootty's Next To Be Directed By Joshiy's Associate

Here is an exclusive news for all Oneindia readers. Mammootty, who is busy with a few movies, has given nod for yet another flick. He has given green signal for the projected to be directed by a newbie. Yes, maverick director Joshiy's former associate Jamaal is helming the project.

Jamaal is turning independent director with the untitled project. He has taken approval from Mammootty. The shooting of the Malayalam flick will kick-start from September, 2014. It will be a mass-masala entertainer like Joshiy's blockbuster film Sangam.

The forthcoming Malayalam film is produced on the banner Galaxy Films. The makers of the film are eyeing the Christmas weekend for the release of the movie. The female lead and other cast and crew are yet to be finalised. More details about the flick will be available in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, Mammootty's Munnariyippu is getting ready for the release on June 12. His other film Manglish will release for Ramzan. However, the shooting of his Rajadhi Raja will begin on June 10.
