Mamta To Team Up With Mammootty In Varsham

Mamta Mohandas, who recently made a come back in to the movies with Anil Babu directed Noora With Love, is all set to team up with Mammootty in Ranjith Sankar directed Varsham.

The director himself confirmed the news on his Facebook page. Mamta Mohandas will be playing the character of a young doctor, Jayashree. Asha Sarath will be playing another female lead as the wife of Mammootty's character, who is a small scale business man. The star cast also include T.G.Ravi, Sudhir Karamana, Harish Peradi, Irshad, Jayaraj Warrier, Sajitha Madathil and Muthumani in important roles.

Mamta has already acted with Mammootty in Bus Conductor and Jawan Of Vellimala is sharing screen with him for the third time. Asha Sarath, who played an important role in blockbuster movie Drishyam is acting opposite Mammootty for the first time in her career.

The movie is produced by Ranjith Sankar's production house Dreams n Beyond and Mammootty's Playhouse. Sujith Vasudev handles the cinematography and the music is by Bijibal. The shooting will start in the first week of August in Thrissur and the movie will hit theatres by the month of October.
