Maqbool Salman's New Movie Titled Taka Taka Tanka

Maqbool Salman is the new member from Mammootty's family to enter into limelight. He grabbed the lead role in the movie Medulla Oblongata, which was meant for Nivin Pauly. But, Nivin had stepped out due to date clashes. Now, reports claim that the actor has been roped in for yet another movie with a strange title!

Maqbool's new movie is titled Taka Taka Tanka. Now, if reports are to be believed, Maqbool plays the main role in this movie, which refers to something that plays a key role in everyone's life.

Taka Taka Tanka is directed by Muhammed Rafi. Marina is said to play the female lead in this movie. Kalabhavan Mani and Indrans are also seen playing pivotal roles in this movie. The shooting of the movie will begin this month. The locations of Taka Taka Tanka include Kochi and Nagercoil.

Meanwhile, Maqbool's Medulla Oblongata is the Malayalam remake of the Tamil movie Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom, which was released in 2012. Directed by debutant Balaji Tharaneetharan, the movie was a comedy-thriller. Vijay Sethupathi did the leading role in this movie.

Medulla Oblongata will be produced by Vendhar Movies. His other upcoming movie is Oru Korean Padam.
