Mili First Look Poster Is Out!

The first look poster of the upcoming movie Mili, directed by Rajesh Pillai is out. Amala Paul plays the title character Mili, while Nivin Pauly essays the male lead. Mili, which is said to be a women centric movie, revolves around a girl named Mili and a young man who influences her life. The movie reportedly consists of 22 important female characters. Amala Paul recently posted the first look poster of the movie in her official Facebook page.

Nivin Pauly reportedly plays an IT Trainer in the movie and Sanusha will essay his love interest. Ambika, Shamna Kasim, Praveena, Sija Rose, Saikumar, Bollywood actor Amol Palekar etc will essay the other pivotal roles in the movie.

Mili is an ambitious project for the lead actress Amala Paul, who plans to be active in Malayalam movies. Mili will be Amala’s first movie after marriage. Reportedly, the actress who plays a girl with inferiority complex hasn’t used any makeup for the movie, to sport a de-glamorous look.

Rajesh Pillai, the director who rose to popularity after the success of the acclaimed movie Traffic, is venturing into direction after a short break. The movie is scripted by popular editor Mahesh Narayanan. Mili is the debut screen play venture for the editor, who is highly active in the Malayalam movie industry. Gopi Sundar and Shaan Rahman handle the music score. Anish Lal handles the cinematography. The movie is produced by Sathish under the banner Ordinary films.
