Nivin Pauly Turns Producer

After the young actors Prithviraj and Fahadh Faasil, who also ventured into film production, it is Nivin Pauly's turn. As per the latest reports, Nivin Pauly is all set to make his production debut, with the upcoming movie Action Hero Biju, directed by Abride Shine. Director Abride Shine confirmed the news in a recent interview.

Rest of the cast & crew and further details of the movie are yet to be revealed. Nivin Pauly and Abride Shine has earlier joined hands for the blockbuster movie 1983. Interestingly, Nivin Pauly will be essaying the first police role in his career. Action Hero Biju, which is said to be a comedy thriller, will go on floors from the beginning of 2015.

1983, the first association of Nivin Pauly and Abride Shine, was the first blockbuster of the year. It was the debut directorial venture of Abride Shine, who has already proved his mettle as a photographer. The movie also marked the acting debut of actress Nikki Galrani. 1983 also made an entry into the list of seven Malayalam movies which entered the Indian Panorama of 2014.

For Nivin Pauly, 2014 was a highly successful year. The actor has 4 releases this year, including 1983, Om Shanti Oshana, Bangalore Days and Vikramadithyan, in which he appeared in a cameo role. All the four movies emerged as the blockbusters and Nivin earned huge critical acclaims for his performances.
