No Issues With Mammootty & Mohanlal: Rahman

Rahman, the sensational actor of Mollywood, slammed the rumours about his cold war with Mammootty and Mohanlal. The actor states he considers Mammootty and Mohanlal as his elder brothers and maintains a very warm relationship with both the stars. The actor opened up about the rumours, in a recent interview given to a leading Malayalam daily.

Rahman, who started his acting career at the age of 16, with Koodevide directed by veteran director Padmarajan, says that he grown up watching Mammootty and Mohanlal; thus developed a great bond with both the actors. The actor has recently posted a photograph of him along with Mammootty and Mohanlal, in his official Facebook page.

No Issues With Mammootty & Mohanlal: Rahman

Rahman, who established himself as one of the leading actors of Malayalam cinema in 80’s, later shifted his base into Tamil and Telugu movie industries. The actor, who proved his mettle in both lead and negative roles, played the antagonist in the blockbuster Tamil movies Billa, Billa 2, Singham 2 etc. He is the co-brother of Oscar winning music composer A R Rahman.

Rahman is all set to play the lead role opposite Jyothika, in the Tamil remake of the blockbuster Malayalam movie How Old Are You. The actor will be reprising the role played by Kunchako Boban in the original. Rahman was last seen in Malayalam in the super hit movie Mumbai Police, directed by Roshan Andrews, along with Prithviraj and Jayasurya. Both How Old Are You and Mumbai Police are penned by his childhood pals Bobby-Sanjay duo.
