Parankimala Reached Theaters Today!

The remake of Parankimala reached theatres today (21 March). The original Parankimala, directed by Bharathan, taken in 1981 was a super hit. Nedumudi Venu, Benny, Achankunju, Rani Padmini and Soorya appeared in prominent roles in it.

New version of Parankimala is directed by Sennan Pallaseri. Vijin's and Thomas Kokatt had produced the film under the banner of VS International and Kokatt Film Company. Biyon and Vinutha Lal have done the lead. Other cast includes Meghna, Vincent, Jagadeesh, Indrans, Geetha Vijayan, Mini Richard and Vishnu.

The movie Parankimala focuses on the female lead Thanka, who sacrifices her life for her lover. One of the actress Mini Richard, who makes her debut in the industry with this movie, posted on her Facebook page likewise: I know a lot of you have been waiting for the last several months. Well friends it is finally here and official. Posters are up and Parankimala is to be released on the 21st of March. I am very excited and nervous at the same time.
