The much controversial solar scam incident was reportedly been made into a movie bearing the title Solar Swapnam. Now, it has been said that the movie has been banned by the Thiruvananthapuram Additional Municipal Court!
Now, this is not a surprise as the producer of the film had earlier said in a press release that he was threatened bySaritha S Nair and Biju Radhakrishnan, to stop the release of the film. Saritha had also warned him saying that she will do anything to prevent the movie from being released.
As per the recent news, the decision by the court has been taken after Biju Radhakrishnan filed a complaint against the movie, claiming that the movie is throwing light into his real life and that there are incidents in the film which which shows his life in another way, misleading the audience.
The movie Solar Swapnam showcases on the real solar scam incident. Saritha S Nair, Biju Radhakrishnan, Shalu Menon and many others were involved in the scam. The producer of the film had earlier claimed that the movie is not only about solar scam but, also it highlights the discrimination of women in the society.
Since the movie has now been banned, the director and the producer of the film have to move legally to get their film see the light!
