Mili is the upcoming movie directed by Rajesh Pillai. The movie stars Amala Paul in the title role. Nivin Pauly plays the male lead in the movie, penned by popular editor Mahesh Narayanan. Sanusha and Amol Parashar will appear in pivotal roles. Mili is slated to release for December 19.

She creates problems for the people around her, by intervening their privacy. She is extremely shy and lacks self-confidence.
The people around her complains that Mili has some kind of mental imbalance. But, Nivin Pauly's character points out that Mili is not bold enough to say 'No' to anyone and that's her only problem. The trailer hints that the movie is all about the transformation of Mili from a geeky girl to a girl full of positive spirit.
Expectations are riding high on the project, as it marks the comeback of Rajesh Pillai, the director who set a new trend in Malayalam film industry with the movie Traffic.
