Vikram Will Not Do Drishyam In Tamil!

Drishyam was the biggest hit of 2013. The industry, though had many releases last year, Drishyam, which was released during the year end as a Christmas treat, captured the attention of all the audience. The movie is still the talk of the town. After seeing the movie, actor Vikram had expressed his interest in doing the Tamil remake of the film. But, now reports claim that he will not do the remake of the movie in Tamil.

Drishyam was sold for Rs 6.5 crores. The rights was bagged by none other than Mohanlal's brother-in-law Suresh Balaji for a rumoured amount of Rs 1.55 crores. The satellite rights of the film was bagged by Asainet for a whooping amount of Rs 6.5 crores.

After seeing the movie, many stars from other industries expressed their interests in performing the role of Georgekutty done by Mohanlal in Drishyam. Vikram was so excited that he immediately showed his interest and news claimed that he had already been in talks with Balaji.

Now, reports claim that Vikram will not do the Tamil remake of Drishyam. It has been reported that after his movie Ai, Vikram is all set to begin his next project Rascal. The movie is directed by Dharani.

If Vikram is not doing the movie in Tamil, then who will perform Georgekutty in Kollywood? Let's wait and watch!
