Watch: Aamayum Muyalum Official Trailer
The official trailer of Priyadarshan-directed upcoming comedy movie Aamayum Muyalum, is out. The movie, which revolves around a village of thieves, stars Jayasurya in the lead role. Piaa Bajpai will essay the female lead in the movie. Anoop Menon will make an extended cameo appearance in the movie.
The trailer introduces the basic plot of the movie, along with a beautiful folk song and narration. Trailer hints that the movie is about a beautiful village, the people who live there. It narrates that the movie is all about the romance and a major competition that happen between the villagers.
Like the earlier directorial ventures of Priyadarshan, Aamayum Muyalum is expected to be an out-and-out comedy entertainer. The trailer shows that the movie is rich with the cinematography of Diwakar and music composition of popular singer MG Sreekumar. Priyadarshan is also debuting as a lyricist with the item song Kaanakombile, which features Bhavna Pani, in the movie.
Innocent, Nedumudi Venu, Mamukoya, Harisree Ashokan, Kochu Preman, Nandu, Idavela Babu, Sukanya, KPAC Lalitha, Ambika and Sona, will play the supporting roles in the movie. Jayasurya and Anoop Menon are teaming up after a long gap in the movie. Both the actors are joining hands with Priyadarshan, for the first time in their careers. The movie is slated to release for December 19th.
