Will Mammootty Support Innocent?

The Lok Sabha Election campaign is on a high note everywhere and almost all the channels and media are having debates and live updates about what is each party's take on the coming election. Mollywood industry is also busy with election campaign. This time, it is not for a movie, but for the real election to be held on April 10. Actor and AMMA president Innocent is a contestant for the LDF in the coming election and all are anxiously waiting to see if Mammootty will support the actor.

As we all are aware, it is a fact that Mammootty is an ardent supporter of the LDF and is also the chairman of the party channel Kairali. In spite of this, Mammootty has not come forward to support and promote Innocent as a contestant in the upcoming election.

It is indeed a surprise why Mammootty did not turn up till now to promote Innocent in the election campaign, being a true LDF well-wisher. Recently, many actors including Mukesh, Jagadeesh, Madhu, Kaviyoor Ponnamma and many other young actors came forward, supporting Innocent and asked the people to vote for him.

Reports claim that Mammootty is currently busy with his movies. He is filming Manglish as well as Munnariyippu. Also, his much anticipated movie Gangster is all set to get released on April 11. So, the actor is busy with his own works and this is cited as the reason for Mammootty not seen promoting Innocent in the election campaign.
