AMMA, the actors association has recently sent a warning letter to young actor Fahadh Faasil, on the grounds of the complaint filed by producer Aroma Mani. AMMA has instructed Fahadh to solve the issue as soon as possible.
Aroma Mani filed a complaint against Fahadh Faasil, at producers associations and film chamber, a few months back. He alleged that the actor backed out from his movie Iyer In Pakistan, after completing the initial photo shoot, as he was disappointed with the script.
Later Fahadh Faasil agreed to play the lead role in Aroma Mani's another project; but the producer couldn't find a proper script. The movie got delayed several times and Aroma Mani finally decided to call-off the project.
Iyer In Pakistan was later revived with Unni Mukundan replacing Fahadh Faasil in the lead role. But the project later shelved due to the creative differences between the director and producer Aroma Mani.
Reportedly, Aroma Mani has demanded Rs. 75 lakhs as a compensation from Fahadh Faasil; to the much surprise of the producers association and AMMA. Both the associations have made it clear that such a huge compensation is not justifiable.
As per the sources close to AMMA states that both the associations have asked Aroma Mani to settle down for a lesser amount. Fahadh Faasil, who is currently filming for an upcoming flick in US, remained unavailable for the comments.
