Anarkali Official Trailer Review: Love Makes You Go The Distance

The official trailer of Anarkali, the much-anticipated Prithviraj starrer is out. The movie marks the directorial debut of popular scriptwriter Sachi. The 1.55 minutes trailer leaves absolutely no clue about the theme of the movie.

The trailer looks highly promising and it hints that the movie will be a perfect combo for all types of audience groups. The movie is said to be a romantic thriller which revolves around the central character Shantanu, played by Prithviraj.

Anarkali travels through the three stages of Shantanu's life. He is in search of a person whom he loves the most, who suddenly disappeares from his life one day. He comes to Kavarathi, with an intention to find that person.

It is clear that Anarkali has both the elements of romance and a thriller. The movie is expected to be another intense love story from Prithviraj, after the massive success of the recently released Ennu Ninte Moideen.

Biju Menon essays a key role in the movie. Priyal Gor plays the female lead. Miya George, Samskruthi Shenoy, Suresh Krishna, Renji Panicker, Sudev Nair, Jayaraj Warrier, directors VK Prakash, Shyamaprasad etc play the supporting roles.

Sujith Vasudev handles the cinematography. Vidyasagar composes the music. Anarkali, which is produced by Rajeev Nair under the banner Magic Moon productions, will hit the theatres this month.
