Bhavana In ‘Swapnathekkal Sundaram’

Bhavana, the actress who has decided to be extremely choosy about the roles she picks, will play the central character in the upcoming movie Swapnathekkal Sundaram.

Interestingly, the actress will be playing the mother of a nine year old boy in the movie, directed by Radhakrishnan Mangalath. Popular Tamil actor Sreekanth will play the male lead in the movie.

Reportedly, Swapnathekkal Sundaram revolves around the struggles faced by a villager woman, to cop up with the lifestyle of her husband, who is a city based businessman. The movie will also portray the strong bonding between a mother and son, in a different angle.

Bhavana will play Anu, a villager woman and Sreekanth will essay Rahul, her husband. Philips And Monkey Pen fame Gourav Menon will play the role of Sreekanth and Bhavana’s son in the movie. Archana Kavi, Kalpana, Vijayaraghavan and Indrans will play the other pivotal roles in the movie.

Swapnathekkal Sundaram is penned by Krishna Poojapura. The movie is expected to start rolling immediately after Bhavana completes the filming of her current projects. The actress is currently filming for Ivide, directed by Shyamaprasad. The movie, which stars Prithviraj and Nivin Pauly in the male leads, is reportedly an out-and-out crime thriller.
