Some
audience
groups
are
eagerly
waiting
to
know
whether
Dulquer
Salmaan's
Charlie
will
resemble
Mammootty's
CK
Raghavan
or
Bilal
John
Kurishingal.
But
they
will
be
much
disappointed
to
know
that,
Charlie
is
an
entirely
different
movie
and
character.
In
the
recent
interview
given
to
SouthLive,
Unni
R
confirmed
that
Charlie
has
no
connection
with
Raghavan
and
Bilal.
He
assured
that
Charlie
is
a
challenging
character
for
Dulquer
and
the
director
has
made
use
of
his
acting
talent
to
the
fullest.
The
character
is
entirely
different
from
Dulquer's
earlier
roles.
Charlie
is
a
young
man
who
has
a
life
experience
which
overshadows
his
age.
He
loves
travelling
and
talks
a
special
slang,
which
is
a
mix
of
various
types
of
Malayalam
dialects.
Unni
states
that
the
team
had
no
other
choice
than
Dulquer
Salmaan,
to
play
the
character.
He
narrated
the
story
to
Dulquer
even
before
fixing
the
name
of
the
character.
The
opted
for
the
name
Charlie,
as
it
suits
the
nature
of
the
character.
At
the
same
time,
Unni
agrees
that
Dulquer
strongly
resembles
his
father
Mammootty,
in
mannerism
and
voice
modulation.
However,
the
expectations
are
riding
high
and
we
are
eagerly
waiting
to
watch
Charlie
on
silver
screen
soon.
