Dileep Back To Tamil Movies After 13 Years!

Dileep, the super-talented actor is all set to bounce back into Tamil movie industry, after a long gap of 13 years. The actor will play the lead role in the upcoming movie directed by Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaya fame KS Manikandan.

The director has already started working on the script of the movie, which is said to be an out-and-out comedy entertainer. The female lead and rest of the cast is yet to decided.

Dileep made his Tamil movie debut with Vijayakanth starrer Rajyam, in a supporting role. The actor's debut went largely unnoticed, due to the huge box office failure of the movie.

The actor later started receiving offers from popular directors of Tamil industry; but turned down the opportunities as he wanted to concentrate in his Malayalam movie career.

It was rumoured that a famous director was planning to remake Chandupottu, with Dileep in lead role; but the actor backed out citing date issues. The makers later went on to cast Vikram in the lead; but the project shelved due to unknown reasons.

Dileep is currently busy with his upcoming flicks Ivan Maryada Raman, Life Of Josutty and Chandrettan Evideya. He will join the sets of Telugu debut movie Baba Sathya Sai, by the middle of 2015. The actor is expected have a tight schedule this year.
