Dulquer Salmaan And Sameer Thahir Back Together

Dulquer Salmaan and Sameer Thahir, the highly popular actor-director duo is back with yet another project. The untitled movie is said to be a romantic thriller. The team has announced a casting call for the lead actress.

Interestingly, the crew is searching for a girl between the age group of 18-26, with expert driving skills. If the rumours are to be true, Dulquer and Sameer are teaming for yet another travel movie.

Sameer Thahir, who is one of the most popular cinematographers of Mollywood, made his directorial debut with path breaking movie Chappa Kurishu. He has directed Dulquer Salmaan in his second venture Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi.

As a cinematographer, Sameer Thahir is active in Malayalam movie industry, since the year 2007. He debuted as a cinematographer with the Mammootty starrer movie Big B, directed by cinematographer cum director Amal Neerad.

He has handled the cinematography in the highly popular movies Daddy Cool, Nidra, Diamond Necklace, Bangalore Days etc. Sameer Thahir is reportedly planning to be active in both the fields of filmmaking and cinematography.

Dulquer Salmaan, on the other hand, has completed the filming of the upcoming Charlie, directed by photographer turned filmmaker Martin Prakkat. He will soon join the sets of the upcoming Tamil movie, directed by Mani Ratnam.
