Dulquer Salmaan's Charlie On Dec 11

Dulquer Salmaan starrer upcoming romantic comedy, Charlie will hit the theatres on December 11. The movie, which is directed by popular photographer turned film-maker Martin Prakkat, will have Parvathy in the female lead.

The team had wrapped up the filming of the movie recently, and the is about to finish the post-production works by the second week of November. Charlie team has been very particular about keeping the details of the movie private.

But, it is clear that Dulquer is playing the titular character, Charlie. Parvathy essays the character Tessa. Earlier, it was rumoured that Aparna Gopinath is depicting a key role in the movie. But the reports are yet to be confirmed.

Dulquer Salmaan is also singing for the movie; thus making his third outing as a playback singer. The music is composed by Gopi Sundar. The story and dialogues are written by Unni R and screenplay is jointly penned by the director Martin Prakkat and Unni.

Jomon T John handles the cinematography. Rafeeq Ahamed pens the lyrics. Shameer Mohammed is the editor. Charlie is jointly produced by actor Joju George and Shebib Bakkar, under the banner Finding Cinema.
