Ennu Ninte Moideen Movie Review: An Eternal Love Saga!
Ennu Ninte Moideen is the romantic drama, which stars Prithviraj and Parvathy in the lead roles. The movie, which is written and directed by debutante RS Vimal, is produced by the banner Newton Movies.
Ennu Ninte Moideen Story
The movie is based on the real-life love story of Moideen (Prithviraj) and Kanchanamala (Parvathy), who lived in Mukkam, Calicut. Moideen is the son of VP Unni Moideen Sahib (Saikumar), who is also known as Mukkath Sulthan.
He falls in love with Kanchanamala, the daughter of a popular Hindu feudal lord Kottangal Achuthan (Shivaji Guruvayoor). But no oppositions could change Moideen and Kanchana's love and what happened to them, forms the plot of the movie.

Cast And Performance
Prithviraj steals the show as Moideen and it is one of his best performances till date. He completely shines in the emotional and romantic sequences; thanks to his magnificent voice and expressive eyes. There is no better choice to play Moideen, other than Prithviraj.
Parvathy, who plays Kanchanamala, once again proves that she is one of the finest talents of contemporary cinema. She has done a mind blowing job and it is her career-best role and performance. Prithviraj and Parvathy's fantastic chemistry has helped much on bringing forth, a depth and soul to the narrative.
Saikumar, Lena, and Tovino Thomas are the other actors who deserve a special mention. The rest of the star cast, Sudheer Karamana, Sivaji Guruvayoor, Sudheesh, indrans etc are perfect in their roles.
Script And Direction
RS Vimal makes a fabulous debut as a writer cum director with the movie. He has succeeded in bringing the 60's real-life romance to the silver screen without losing the real emotions and charm.
The well-written script plays the backbone for the film; as it has depicted the characters and situations with much clarity. It is wonderful to watch the classic form of romance back on the screen, in its complete glory.
Ennu Ninte Moideen has made a brilliant escape from falling into the soap category and stands out with the realistic yet poetic narrative. The only minus factor is, Kanchanamala gets over-shadowed by Moideen certain points.
Technical Aspects
Jomon T John has done a fantabulous job, as a cinematographer. He has succeeded in creating the most beautiful ambience for the period love story. Each and every frame looks classy and Jomon deserves a special applause for his work.
Mahesh Narayanan, who handled the editing, art director Gokul Das and costume designer Kumar Edappal have done their jobs par excellence.
Songs And Background Score
The songs are composed by M Jayachandran and Ramesh Narayan. The songs are really magical and add the emotional flavors to the narrative at correct places.
Background score is composed by Gopi Sundar. The BGM makes Ennu Ninte Moideen more fascinating, by perfectly blending into the emotions conveyed by the classic love story.
