Nivin
Pauly,
the
actor
who
has
been
receiving
rave
reviews
for
his
performance
in
recently
released
Mili,
says
that
he
was
eager
to
work
with
director
Rajesh
Pillai.
Nivin
has
earlier
appeared
in
Rajesh
Pillai's
blockbuster
movie
Traffic,
in
a
cameo
role.
The
actor
says
that
he
always
wanted
to
work
with
the
director
in
a
full-fledged
role.
In
that
sense,
Mili
is
a
dream-come-true
project
for
Nivin
pauly,
as
he
got
the
opportunity
to
work
with
his
favourite
director.
The
actor's
courage
to
take
up
a
supporting
role
in
a
women-centric
movie
like
Mili
has
been
widely
appreciated
by
the
audience
and
critics.
But
for
Nivin,
Rajesh
Pillai
was
the
prime
reason
behind
his
decision
to
act
in
Mili.
Earlier,
Rajesh
Pillai
was
planning
a
road
movie
with
Kunchacko
Boban
and
Nivin
Pauly
in
the
lead
roles.
The
movie,
which
was
titled
as
Motorcycle
Diaries,
is
reportedly
delayed
due
to
unrevealed
reasons.
According
to
Nivin,
he
instantly
fell
in
love
with
Mili,
when
director
Rajesh
Pillai
and
Mahesh
Narayanan
narrated
the
script
to
him.
The
actor
makes
it
clear
that
he
has
no
issues
about
acting
in
a
women-centric
film,
if
the
script
turns
out
be
quite
interesting.
Nivin
has
earlier
played
the
lead
role
in
Om
Shanti
Oshana,
which
was
also
a
heroine-oriented
film.
