Kavya Madhavan Makes Ramp Debut

Kavya Madhavan, the actress who is busy with her new clothing line venture Laksyah, recently made her ramp debut. Kavya walked on the ramp at the bridal fest, which was jointly conducted by M4 Marry.Com and Laksyah.

The actress just walked along with her best buddies Ann Augustine and Meera Nandan, who were the showstoppers. Kavya admitted that she is not comfortable in walking on the ramp and cannot do a catwalk.

According to the actress, she decided to walk on the ramp, only because her clothing line Laksyah is the partner of the show. Kavya has earlier made a few ramp appearances; but this is for the first time she is walking on the ramp.

The actress has been often approached by the popular clothing brands of Kerala to participate in fashion shows. But Kavya is not confident enough to be a model, as she is well aware of her limitations.

Kavya says that she decided to walk on the ramp at the latest show, only due to the persuasion of Ann Augustine and Meera Nandan. The actress is not planning to continue on ramp shows.

Poornima Indrajith is the first M'town celebrity to have launched a clothing line and conducted fashion shows. She also prefers to stay out of the ramp and instead brings the top notch actresses as her show stoppers.
