Manju Warrier and Dileep, the star couple who decided to part ways after 14 years of married life, completed the legal procedures of the divorce. The couple had been given 6 months time to rethink their decision.

But both Manju and Dileep confirmed their decision to end the relationship today, which marks the last day of the time provided by the court. The court will announce the judgement upon the petition on January 31st.

Dileep addressed the media and stated that he has no hard feelings for Manju and remarked that she is the mother of their daughter Meenakshi. The actor also confirmed that they will continue as good friends and he will always stand for her at any time. On the other hand, Manju Warrier preferred to stay away from the media.

The couple decided to call-off their marriage last year and filed a mutual petition for divorce on July 24th 2014, at Ernakulam Family Court. It was rumoured that Manju demanded for 80 crores as alimony.

But the sources related to both Manju and Dileep slammed the rumours and stated that Manju refused to receive any alimony from Dileep. Later, Manju Warrier posted a handwritten letter, addressing the media and fans, in her official Facebook page.

The actress made it clear that she is not going to fight for her daughter Meenakshi's custody and will completely support her decision to stay with her father. Later, Dileep also requested the media and fans to stay away from their daughter.
