Mohanlal's Kanal Official Teaser Review

The much awaited official teaser of Mohanlal starrer Kanal is out. The movie which also stars Anoop Menon in a pivotal role, is directed by Padmakumar. The 41 seconds long teaseris highly promising.

It hints that something very thrilling is in store for the audience. Mohanlal, who essays the character John David, looks entirely different from his past few movies and seems like he is playing a character with grey shades in the film.

Anoop Menon's role seems to be an emotional one. The scene in the teaser, which features the conversation between Mohanlal and Anoop, is just brilliant. The dialogue said by Mohanlal in the scene has already become popular.

The leading ladies of the movie, Honey Rose, Sheelu Abraham, and Nikita Thukral didn't have much screen space in the teaser. The rest of the characters, played by Anil Kulkarni, Innocent, Prathap Pothen etc just appear and vanish.

It is clear that Kanal is an out-and-out revenge drama, which revolves around the central character played Mohanlal. Sources suggest that the movie will have one of the most powerful roles played by Mohanlal in his career.

Kanal is written by S Suresh Babu. Vinod Illampilly handles the cinematography. Ouseppachan and Vinu Thomas composes the music. The movie is jointly produced by Abraham Mathew, under the banner Abaam Movies.
