Mukesh-Saritha Divorce: The Actress Faints In Court

Saritha, the former actress who is going through the divorce proceedings with her ex-husband, actor Mukesh, collapsed in the court premises during the legal procedures. Saritha and Mukesh attended the counselling sessions, which was held at Ernakulam family court.

The actress, who addressed media after the counselling, stated that the court was reluctant to consider her stands upon the issue. Saritha alleged that Mukesh acquired the divorce within such a short span of time, with his influences, The actress also revealed that Mukesh misbehaved with her, during the counselling sessions.

Mukesh, on the other hand, hasn't commented on his ex-wife's allegations yet. But the actor's advocate, who responded to Saritha's statements, says that the allegations are completely baseless.

Saritha filed a petition at Ernakulam family court in February, claiming that Mukesh remarried popular dancer Methil Devika, without divorcing her. But Mukesh bashed the allegations, by presenting the legal documents which proves that the Chennai family court has granted divorce for the couple.

Following Mukesh's revelations, Saritha filed another petition, which states that she was completely unaware about the divorce and hasn't received any information regarding the same, from the court.

Mukesh and Saritha, fell in love during the filming of the movie Thaniyavarthanam and tied the knot in 1988. The couple separated in 2007. Saritha has been living with their sons in Chennai while Mukesh continued to live with his family in Kollam. The next hearing on the divorce petition is slated for March 23rd.
