Action Hero Biju Starts Rolling

Action Hero Biju, the upcoming Nivin Pauly starrer movie, directed by Abrid Shine has started rolling. The movie marks the second collaboration of Nivin and Abrid, who has earlier teamed up for the blockbuster movie 1983.

If the reports are to be true, Nivin Pauly will essay the first police character of his career in Action Hero Biju, which is said to be a light-hearted comedy entertainer. A newcomer will essay the female lead in the movie.

Nivin Pauly will sport a different get up in the movie, which will be depicted in the backdrop of Kuttanad. The rest of the cast, technical crew, and further details of the movie are yet to be revealed.

1983, which was the debut directorial venture of Abrid Shine, who is a well-established photojournalist, was one of the highest grosser of 2014. The movie introduced Nikki Galrani to Mollywood.

The movie entered the Indian Panorama, of International Film Festival Of India, in 2014. 1983 has also bagged several awards at various prestigious film awards, including the National Film Award for Best Background Score.

Nivin Pauly has recently completed filming for his upcoming flicks, Premam directed by Alphonse Puthren and Ivide, directed by Shyamaprasad. He will also play the lead in Vineeth Sreenivasan's next movie.
