Nivin Pauly To Play A Student Leader

Nivin Pauly will essay the role of a student political leader in the next directorial venture of National Award winning filmmaker cum actor, Sidhartha Siva. Nivin has recently played a college student in the blockbuster movie Premam.

If the reports are to be believed, the yet to be titled movie will have female leads. The team is said to be considering both popular actresses and new faces for the female lead roles.

The movie, which is penned by B Rakesh under the banner Universal Cinema, is expected to start rolling from September 26th. The project has been preponed, as Nivin Pauly's Lal Jose project is still under the pre-production stage.

According to the sources close to the project, Nivin Pauly is playing one of the most powerful roles in his career in the movie. Interestingly, Sidhartha Siva has earlier teamed up with Nivin as an actor, in Puthiya Theerangal.

Reportedly, Nivin Pauly, who is on a high with the consecutive successes of his film, is now ready to be a part of low-budget experimental ventures. He has signed the upcoming venture of Dr Biju, which is said to be an offbeat flick.

The actor is also making his production debut this year, with the movie Action Hero Biju, directed by Abrid Shine. Nivin has recently stated that he considers Anwar Rasheed as an inspiration when it comes to film production.
