No Multilingual: Gautham Menon To Direct Nivin Pauly & Fahadh Faasil

Gautham Menon, the popular filmmaker slammed the rumours regarding the multilingual project. He confirmed that there are no such plans, but will be working with Nivin Pauly and Fahadh Faasil in two independent projects.

In a recent interview, Gautham stated that he is planning to make his Malayalam debut soon, with a Nivin Pauly movie. He is planning to direct a Tamil movie with Fahadh Faasil in the lead role, before that.

Both the projects are in the discussion stage and will soon have an official announcement. It is an exciting news for the fans of Nivin and Fahadh, who were eagerly waiting for their favourite actors to collaborate with Menon.

Nivin Pauly is already popular in the Tamil movie industry through his popular movie Neram. He has also bagged the Filmfare Award for Best Debutante in Tamil, for the movie. For Fahadh, it is his debut in Tamil.

The director was planning to make his Malayalam directorial debut since the beginning of his career. He also went on to plan a project with Mohanlal. But the idea was dropped as Mohanlal was not impressed with the script.

But, Gautham Menon made it clear that the project has not been completely dropped and that he is reworking on the script. If things fall in place, his project in Malayalam will be a Mohanlal starrer action thriller.
