Prithviraj-Miya George's Paavada Starts Rolling

Prithviraj-Miya George starrer upcoming movie Paavada has started rolling today, in Thodupuzha. The movie, which is directed by Marthandan, will also have actor-writer Anoop Menon and dancer-actress Asha Sarath in the pivotal roles.

Paavada is said to be a complete romantic entertainer. Earlier, veteran actress Shobana was approached to play one of the central characters; but the actress turned down the offer, as she was not satisfied with the script and her characterization.

Later, Shobana was replaced with Asha Sarath, who has already established herself as one of the leading actresses of contemporary Malayalam cinema. The rest of the star cast is yet to be announced.

Recently, Anoop Menon has stated that Paavada has one of the finest scripts he has ever come across. He also added that both him and Prithviraj will be playing the most challenging characters in their careers.

Miya George, on the other hand, is sharing the screen with Prithviraj in the blockbuster movie Memories. The duo is also acting together in the upcoming movie Anarkali, which marks the directorial debut of scenarist Sachi.

Paavada, which is one of the most anticipated project of the year, was announced in 2014. It was reported that Biju Menon is paying an important role in the project. But, according to the close sources, the actor is not in the project.
