Prithviraj Takes Over Mohanlal's Gandhinagar!

Prithviraj, the young actor has taken over Mohanlal's highly popular location, Gandhinagar. The location, which rose to fame with the Mohanlal starrer Gandhinagar 2nd Street, is one of the major locations of Prithviraj's three upcoming films.

Gandhinagar 2nd Street had Mohanlal in the role of a security staff who works in Gandhinagar colony. The location, instantly became popular among the audiences. Some popular Mohanlal films, including the recently released Loham, has a sequence which mentions Gandhinagar.

As per the latest updates, Prithviraj starrer Marthandan movie Paavada has some major sequences which are shot in Gandhinagar. The actor is currently filming for his upcoming movie Darwinte Parinamam, which has been shot at Gandhinagar.

James And Alice, the upcoming Prithviraj movie which marks the directorial debut of popular cinematographer Sujith Vasudev, also has Gandhinagar as one of its major locations. The movie will start rolling in January 2016.

Apart from his personal projects, Prithviraj's production house August Cinema is planning to shoot their upcoming Asif Ali-Biju Menon starrer Anuraga Karikkinvellam, with Gandhinagar as the main location. Undoubtedly, Gandhinagar is the next 'Varikkassheri Mana' of Malayalam movie industry.
